Q1: What is Grabaflyer?
Grabaflyer is an Internet based service, which provides information to people searching for homes using full-color flyers. This information is provided through two primary methods. First a Grabaflyer sticker is placed on the "FOR SALE" sign with an identification number, which provides easy access to detailed information and photographs about the home from any Internet capable computer. Additionally the homebuyer can receive notification of new properties matching their criteria by subscribing to a free service called InstAlert.
Q2: What exactly is InstAlert?
Homebuyers and Agents enter the specific criteria (e.g. location, price, number of bedroom/baths and square footage) of the houses they are looking for into the Grabaflyer system. The InstAlert distribution system provides immediate notification by email to these homebuyers of all new Grabaflyers that meet their criteria as soon as the new Grabaflyer is submitted. Within the email is a link that will take the recipient directly to the full-color real estate marketing flyer.
Q3: Why Internet flyers when I can just get one from the flyer box on the "FOR SALE" sign?

There is a built-in feature to easily allow you to forward the link of the Grabaflyer to anyone including your buyer’s agent, family members or friends.
Q6: What if a price reduction or some other change takes place on a Grabaflyer property?
Should any change be made on a Grabaflyer, such as asking price, you will be immediately notified. For example, if a price reduction is made that now places a home within your criteria you will be sent notification. Additionally, if a price reduction is made on a home already meeting your criteria, you will be instantly made aware of the change.
Q7: How much does Grabaflyer and InstAlert cost?
Both of these services are absolutely free to the home buying public. The marketing information is made available and paid for by listing real estate agents.
Q8: Will personal information be kept confidential and secure?

No real estate agents, mortgage lenders or other service providers will contact you unless you specifically make a request. Q9: Do I need to subscribe in order to use the Grabaflyer program?
No. There is no requirement to use the search capabilities of Grabaflyer service, however you will require a logon user name and password in order process your InstAlert profile because we need to know your specific requirements and how to contact you when a match becomes available.
Q10: How do I sign up for InstAlert?
The registration process for InstAlert is quite simple. Just complete the contact and criteria information on the "Sign Up" web page. You will then be able to securely access the service from any computer with Internet access using your user name and password. You may also modify your profile and criteria as often as you need.
